Wilfred Chapman / the beloved husband of / Beatrice Chapman / who fell in France / Oct. 9th 1917 / aged 29 years / Until the day break and / the shadows flee away.
Wilfred Chapman is remembered on the Tyne Cot Memorial and is commemorated on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.
