Sidney Nicholson is remembered on the Barnsley Buckley St and Ebenezer Chapel Roll of Honour and on the Barnsley Holgate Grammar School Old Boys - WW1 memorial.
He is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial in France and commemorated on the
Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.
